Broadly, we collect: (a) information you provide, (b) information gathered automatically, and (c) information received from other sources. We collect, use, and disclose Personal Information as described in this Policy and in line with applicable law.

Our AI-enabled features let you upload content (for example, lecture or meeting audio, PDFs, textbooks, and other documents). You decide what to upload. Please avoid submitting sensitive data (e.g., health details, government IDs, financial account numbers, passwords). No system is 100% secure on the internet—upload carefully.

  • Subscription Details: If you buy a subscription, you'll provide certain Personal Information required to enable and manage it.
  • Orders & Payments: Payments are processed by a PCI-compliant processor. Witcat does not receive your full card number or bank details. We may receive transaction metadata to administer your account.

  • Usage & Device Data: IP address, device identifiers, internet service provider, approximate location, browser type, pages visited, and interaction data about how you use the Services.

Google Single Sign-On (SSO)

If you choose Google SSO, cookies, plug-ins, and/or APIs from Google may be used to enable that sign-in. By using SSO, you authorize us to exchange certain Personal Information with Google to facilitate authentication.

Analytics

We may use analytics services (e.g., Google Analytics) that set Tracking Technologies and receive usage data from your browser or device to help us understand how people use the Services.

Advertising

We may use advertising platforms that rely on Tracking Technologies to deliver interest-based ads on other sites. To manage Google ad preferences or opt out of personalized ads, visit Google's Ad Settings.

Browsers may offer a "Do Not Track" setting. At this time the Services do not respond to DNT signals.
